INTRODUCTION
My name is Kara Chavez and I work with emerging brands and retailers who want to get it right.
With over 20 years in Natural and Organic grocery, I've seen the industry from just about every angle: opening new stores, developing private label lines, building on-premise menus from scratch, and consulting emerging CPG brands on how to compete at retail.
